How do I submit a return?

1. Email sales@grydlmat.com and describe the reason for the return.  Additional information may be requested by the Grydlmat team.
2. Pack all the items you are returning back in their original box.  Send the package and all it's contents back to Grydlmat per the instructions in your email.
3. Please provide us the tracking number from post office or couriers if applicable. You can keep tracking your package by receiving email for shipment updates.
4. You will receive an email as soon as we received your items, and when refund is approved.

How soon will I get my refund?

Accepted Answer

-Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
 
-If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment within 10 business days.
